We specialize in both amicable (extrajudicial) and judicial debt recovery proceedings. Our services include reviewing the claim, preparing and sending formal demand letters to debtors, negotiating settlements, and initiating court proceedings by filing applications for payment orders or other appropriate legal actions. We also provide full legal representation throughout court proceedings and related legal processes.

If the debtor fails to satisfy the claim voluntarily following a final court decision, we assist with the enforcement of the judgment through execution proceedings conducted by a Slovak bailiff.
